- HOW TO MONETIZE GLOBAL FORESTS -

October 2020

Deforestation is an unprecedented global catastrophe

that must be curtailed within this decade if the Global Community

Is to have any chance of limiting global warming to 2C above

 those of pre-industrial times .

'YOUR CHANCE TO HEAR

AND ASK QUESTIONS

ACROSS A WIDE RANGE OF PROPOSED SCHEMES'

The Official World Launch & Program of the '2020 World Congress'

will be staged on JANUARY 2020, Pullman Hotel Vung Tau. Vietnam.

BACK GROUND

The Global Community is losing the fight to decarbonize the planet, not because of lack of commitment by major corporations to lower their carbon emissions, nor because of the speed at which we are rolling out Renewable Generation.

Deforestation is the major cause of atmospheric carbon increases.

Since the year 2000, 18 million acres of indigenous forest have been cut down each year. Collectively these forests, had they not been cut down each year, could have sequestered over these past 18 years, more than 40 billion tons of carbon from the earth’s atmosphere.

In 2019 we will lose another 18 million acres of indigenous forest which could have removed 234 million tons of carbon if left standing.
